About us: Mountain View Farm Products, LLC is family owned and operated
by Fred and Christie Huger. We live on a 250 acre dairy farm in Fairfield,
Virginia with our three children, Anderson, Everette and Isabelle. We milk
around 120 cows twice daily and are a year round operation.
We make all of our Farmstead cheeses using raw milk from our
herd, cultures, rennet, sea salt and various herbs and spices. All of the
cheeses are aged a minimum of 60 days. We currently make six different styles of
cheese and then add flavors to some for more variety. This spring we will be
adding soft cheeses and butter to our product listing.
